How It All started

It began as an experiment, originating from a simple question, "What would happen if I simply bought some crypto currency and left it there for a year?" If you're on this site and reading this page, then you must have seen the countless posts of the extraordinary gains made by some of the crypto trades over the course of 2021. My first experiment - Code named 'Project Rise' looks to answer that question.

Okay, the words that voiced the idea came out as an innocent question. But if being brutally honest with myself, and with you as the reader, it was actually borne out of jealousy and a generous dose of FOMO that I could also be that person in his 40's with a fully paid off mortgage.

Wouldn't that be something.

I've also found it difficult to find anyone, or anything, online that: 

A. Struggled like I have with the whole learning curve of crypto trading, and

B. Were willing to share those frustrations and mistakes in the form of a blog with others to learn from and share their own thoughts with like-minded people.

So Diary of a Crypto Noob is my little passion project, gaining more and more traction each day as my competency and knowledge develops. I hope you enjoy browsing my site and reading my blog posts, and I do hope you leave a comment and / or some much needed guidance and advice. Bob knows I need it.
